How We Read a Supplement Label (and How We'd Like Ours Read)
LAB • September 16, 2026 • CODE EDITORIAL

This is the checklist we use when we evaluate any formula — including our own.
1. Every ingredient has a number
A "proprietary blend 1,500 mg" line tells you the total, not the parts. Look for a dose next to each ingredient. Every CODE label prints one.
2. The form is named
"Magnesium" is vague; "Magnesium L-Threonate" is specific. Forms matter, so we name them — the same standard we hold other brands to.
3. The serving is one thing, not a routine
If the dose only makes sense at four capsules twice a day, ask why. CODE is one jelly shot, once a day, per formula.
